Volunteer Information

What types of things would I do as a volunteer?

• Read books to children.

• Assist children with activities including creative arts, dramatic play, literacy, movement, gross & fine motor skills.

• Help children learn good practices for health, safety and nutrition.

• Assist the teacher in monitoring the children on the playground.

• Assist children during meal times.

What is the time commitment?

• Volunteers can come as often as they wish.

• We welcome volunteers that come one day or on a regular basis.

• Specific schedules can be developed depending on the desires of the volunteer.

• No amount of time is too little!
